We called about a kitchen line that was not draining, the tech, who was the trainer for the business spent three hours on it, did not find the problem let alone fix it, shrugged his shoulders left and hit my disabled mother a $350 charge. I called and talked with them and they felt justified in charging that for nothing. I could have flushed $350 down the toilet for the same value, now mom has no drain for dishes or laundry and not enough money to get it fixed. If there was a rating less than one star, that's what I'd assign to this review. Two weeks ago, two agents of this company, names Landon and Travis, came to my house to give an estimate of cost to replace and install a gas water heater. Twice, I made it clear as to the specifications of the unit I wanted, and, they assured me they could provide it. They gave me a written estimate (copy provided upon request) of $1,590.54. It appears Ray Lusk plumbing is over charging for parts. Ray Lusk came to my house to fix a running toilet. The piece from the tank that needed replacing I was quoted $347.34 dollars. I was shocked and asked again about the price. They said they would go and see if they could find the cylinder flush piece that was broken. When they returned they told me it was actually more then originally quoted and it will take two weeks for the part to come in. I asked them to hold off and I would get back with them. Great experience - I’d use them again anytime. I actually wrote down the wrong date they were coming, and then was not at home. I was horrified, but they could not have been nicer and more professional. They rescheduled me, sent an extremely qualified plumber, finished in less time than expected.

I don't have enough space to write all that I want. Bottom line---fantastic work. Called and they were out the next day. I had a major water leak somewhere. They found it, fixed it and did it with great attitudes. I am extremely impressed with their work. As I said, this was a major water leak that involved digging for the leak and repair. I cannot recommend them enough.
