I have been going to the office for about 16-17 years now. The only dentist that my daughter felt comfortable with after being traumatized by the dentist in Morgantown.
I was there today at the dentist waited an hour and 15 minutes before I seen the dentist said they over booked
They treated my three year old excellent! Every single staff in there was extremely friendly. The Dr sat down and explained to me thoroughly what was going to happen, what to expect afterwards, and made sure they answered every question I had in detail to where I could understand. The nurse gave my boy toys and made a promise to him about a toy turtle that should would give it to him after his appointment was over. To my surprise, by golly he came out with that darn turtle. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE AND I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN BACK TO THIS OFFICE. MY SON WAS IN HER OFFICE IN AUGUST AND WAS TOLD HE HAS MULTIPLE CAVITYS ON HIS TEETH. SHE DID NOT WANT TO WORK ON THEM UNTIL DECEMBER WHICH IS 5 MONTHS AWAY FROM THE DATE HE WAS SEEN. NOW HIS TEETH ARE ABCESS AND HE HAS AN ABCESS GROWING ON HIS GUMS AND THE INFECTION IS SO BAD FROM THE CAVITYS NOT BEING TAKEN CARE OF WHEN THEY SHOULD THAT HE HAS TO SEE A SURGON!
My daughter was referred to Dr.RAY's office for a SECOND opinion. My daughter had an EXAM done, only.. (still awaiting her procedure apt). Dr. Ray seemed very honest and nice during our visit. All in all, I feel much more comfortable having Dr.Ray handle my daughters procedure than any of the other pediatric dentists we have seen. Not to mention.... Dr. Linda Ray is HALF THE PRICE of Dr.DAY in Morgantown.
I first saw Dr Ray about 2 yrs ago when my then 4 yr old daughter needed some extensive work. After a very expensive & rude dentist visit, I called Dr Ray for a 2nd opinion. She got in right away. Everyone there was very friendly and compassionate to us, unlike the previous office who had me crying, DrR explained the root of her issues & put my mind @ ease. I'm aloud to go in the room with my daughter and hold her for the sedation. I think highly of this office & have recommended them to many!
I was very happy with how they treated & cared for my granddaughter.
My 4 year old got referred to Dr. Ray b/c of being a pediatric dentist. I called to follow up since I hadn't heard anything from them since the referral was faxed to them months prior. I spoke to an extremely rude lady named Ann. After 2 days of calls back and forth, she called me to ask me "what do you want" and I told her we needed a cavity filled. She then asked if we had Medicaid and when I told her no, she said that Dr. Ray didn't feel like they could provide what I was looking for.
