****sellers beware*** - this firm makes it extremely difficult for buyers. We almost walked away from our deal because of how unprofessional this firm was. The realtor we worked with, who I won't name, often didn't respond to us. This firm doesn't take bank wires because "The owner doesn't like it." As a result, we had a rough time transferring money last minute into our checking account, then we had to drive the check an hour to the realtor's home. It was a nightmare.
