Terrible service. Called multiple times and nobody bothered to return my call or follow up on the repairs needed.
We have used Ray Johnston & Sons for multiple installs and repairs over the years and have always been very satisfied with their workmanship. It is a wonderful family run business, and we would recommend them to anybody looking for a great local HVAC company.
We've been using this business for at least 15 years or more. Always timely, professional and knowledgeable. Competitive pricing and parts are immediately available. Furnace replacement and central air installation. I would recommend them.
Phone call to Ray Johnston & Sons to setup an appointment to do preventative maintenance on our furnace fireplace and HRV. Friendly lady gave me an appointment in a few days. Service guy showed up on time and did the work on our equipment. Efficient and friendly. Great job.
We had a recent air conditioning failure that was obviously an inconvenience to our family. When I initially called to book the appointment I was advised that they would book me in and probably not be able to get someone out till the next day( completely understandable). Ended getting a call from a tech a few hours later that he was on route. I don’t recall his name, but he was able to diagnose the issue immediately ( my fault.
