We've been using this business for at least 15 years or more. Always timely, professional and knowledgeable. Competitive pricing and parts are immediately available. Furnace replacement and central air installation. I would recommend them.
Phone call to Ray Johnston & Sons to setup an appointment to do preventative maintenance on our furnace fireplace and HRV. Friendly lady gave me an appointment in a few days. Service guy showed up on time and did the work on our equipment. Efficient and friendly. Great job.
We had a recent air conditioning failure that was obviously an inconvenience to our family. When I initially called to book the appointment I was advised that they would book me in and probably not be able to get someone out till the next day( completely understandable). Ended getting a call from a tech a few hours later that he was on route. I don’t recall his name, but he was able to diagnose the issue immediately ( my fault. Not regularly changing furnace filters) and also cleared our unit of obstructions of the condenser... read more

Could not be happier that we called Ray Johnston and Sons. They had their amazing tech, Dan, call us and help us troubleshoot after hours. Fixed the problem with their advice. Will only use them in the future, highly recommend this local business.
