We had a fire pit installed by a contractor (purchased at Ray Johnson’s). We were unable to get the pilot lit and went back and forth with contractor. One call to Ray Johnson and I was walked through replacing a AA battery in the ignition switch and we now have FIRE! Thank you so much!

Ray gave me the fireplace I’d been dreaming of and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. It is both gorgeous and extremely functional; what a great change from my old wood burning fireplace that was never used. I highly recommend Ray Johnson’s Fireplace!

5 Star. Stopped in many times during house building to ask questions about vented gas fireplaces. Tommy and Ben very helpful and patient with my many questions. When the time came to purchase, I insisted builder get fireplace from them, even though he normally used another supplier. Fireplace looks great, works great. Had a problem with remote. They resolved immediately. Thanks, Rich C
Visited their showroom to complete our outdoor kitchen and fire pit area, ended up leaving there with a set of vented gas logs for our fireplace as well. Tom and Ray Sr. answered every question we had. Highly recommend not only Fire Magic grills, but the awesome folks at Ray Johnson as well. We were told by our paver contractor that the "Fire Magic" grill is the last one we'll ever have to buy.... Great product, great people.
We love Ray Johnson's! We got all of our outdoor furniture there! Love it! The owners and people that work there are all very helpful!
