Great service. The technician even showed me how he fixed the problem. The only issue was about a week later the repair failed and I had to fix it... but atleast I knew how to do it myself this time lol.
Beware! Find a different company to do your HVAC work. This company will certainly accept your money for a new unit, but don't expect them to stand by their work. In April 2021, Cory with Ray Heating and Air sold me a brand new package unit. After it stopped working on 5/31/22, he came and "fixed" it and said it was a thermostat wire. It stopped working again on 6/2 and I've called multiple times and left voicemails with no response. Now he has blocked my number (it rings from other numbers, straight to voicemail from mine) ... read more
