I had rays heating install propane lines to my house as we were an all electric house and wanted another option. Had install for freestanding zero clearance propane fireplace, cooking range, hot water heater and a line for our gas BBQ. Did great on the install-that was the expensive part. And we are super pleased with the hot water heater and love using our gas BBQ without having to fill the 4 gallon tank anymore.
