Handled a tough case against a large insurance company. Took just a few depositions and the insurance company offered to settle. Can't say enough good things.
Had a slip and fall case outside of a grocery store. Called several lawyers and none of them seemed interested, even though a pothole was covered with black ice. Mr. Gupta took the case and obtained a substantial recovery for me. He helped my family when we needed it most.
