Go somewhere else
I've been taking my car there for brake repair for years and suddenly I have questions about why my car is wobbling and Jeff decides to take it as me pointing fingers when I'm simply trying to collect information to figure out how to go about getting my car repaired. Nothing about the experience was cheap and now it's just plain rude. I'll be taking my car somewhere else to figure out what's going on and if it was something they did wrong.
