Betsy Wolf Friestedt is a top notch real estate attorney. Very thorough, easy to communicate with and friendly. I've used Betsy for three separate transactions and she has been excellent with each.
Very poor experience from this firm. Used templates to reply to seller. Had paralegal handle most interactions. Unavailable and unwilling to get involved to support our interests. I wouldn't recommend this retail attorney firm. Then they hounded me for money they didn't earn as well.
