One day I walked by this unassuming place on my way to the grocer and on the window saw a sign that read: "Haircuts $15," which --in South Beach, figured was a scam/lie/dream/old. Went in a week later and had mmy hair cut by Maray. No one else has touched my hair since... and the price was REAL!
