I will always be grateful for the three years I lived at 117 Sandy Run Drive. I had an excellent experience with lots of memories. The apartments are comfortable, the rent is reasonable, and there is camera security and parking. Never had any issues.🙏 Mr. Eric always provides the best service. If I were to live in Hinesville, I would definitely not hesitate to consider them as an option. 100% recommended.

Lived here for around 5 years during my time in the Army. The apartments themselves are what they are, given the monthly rent. You’re not going to find better in this price range. That being said, Eddy the landlord was the reason we stayed for so long. Wonderfully manages the property and is extremely quick to respond with any issues that come up. Eddy treats you like family. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment that’s not going to completely break the bank.

I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone just to inquire about moving here, but no one has ever answered or bothered to call me back. I honestly don’t see how anyone was ever able to reach someone to even move in. And every single time I’ve gone to the office, it’s permanently closed. What’s the point of even having an office if it’s never open? And why plaster a phone number on the side of the building if no one ever intends to answer it? I was a resident here for over a year and had an excellent experience. The landlord, Eddie was always attentive to any needs, polite and courteous. The maintenance team took care of any issues within the same day if not next day. The grounds are well kept and security cameras are posted throughout the property. The apartments themselves are outdated but they are kept in good condition. My only complaint is that the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat and this caused my electric bills to run over $300.

Eddy is an outstanding landlord—extremely professional, kind, and reasonable. The maintenance team consistently works diligently to keep the grounds clean and tidy. This property management company has, by far, been the best and easiest I’ve ever worked with.
