Best Place to live in town. Awesome Landlord, workers and area close by everything needed. Never had an issue. If you are military, I recommend this awesome and peaceful place!

Mr. Eddie, the property manager, at Governor's Apartments is the best in what he does. English and Spanish, you named it, he is a professional through.
Best apartment to stay. Safe environment, manager is helpful and quick to response 7 days a week. Stayed here for 4 years, always felt like home. I definitely recommend friends to choose this apartment, you will never regret!
The Ray Futch Apartments is a safe and well maintained community. Mr Eddie is a fantastic property manager. He always treats you with respect, regardless if you’re military or not you will feel welcomed and well taken care of. Maintenance is on point, to include maintenance requests. The only problem is these guys don’t get enough recognition for their hard work. They’ve take great care of me and my wife the entire three years of my stay. Highly recommend!!
