I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone just to inquire about moving here, but no one has ever answered or bothered to call me back. I honestly don’t see how anyone was ever able to reach someone to even move in. And every single time I’ve gone to the office, it’s permanently closed. What’s the point of even having an office if it’s never open? And why plaster a phone number on the side of the building if no one ever intends to answer it? I was a resident here for over a year and had an excellent experience. The landlord, Eddie was always attentive to any needs, polite and courteous. The maintenance team took care of any issues within the same day if not next day. The grounds are well kept and security cameras are posted throughout the property. The apartments themselves are outdated but they are kept in good condition. My only complaint is that the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat and this caused my electric bills to run over $300.
Eddy is an outstanding landlord—extremely professional, kind, and reasonable. The maintenance team consistently works diligently to keep the grounds clean and tidy. This property management company has, by far, been the best and easiest I’ve ever worked with.
Great landlord, he always worked with us when we had an issue. He's very understanding when you're upfront with him. 10/10 great experience living here. There is video surveillance 24/7 so the property is safe. Great grounds keeping.
I enjoyed my stay, Great customer service and maint. team. Any time I had an issue my needs were met expeditiously. The apartment could be a little more modern but overall a good experience. Very pleased, and hope to be treated the same respect at my new place.
