I hired Todd and his team to replace a hot water heater in my condo and I couldn’t be more disappointed. In addition to delays finding the right parts. His team left out key pieces in the installation. After hiring another plumbing company to come out to fix the problem, they compiled the following list of items that were missed: No acid neutralizer No air separator No expansion tank No back flow preventer on boiler filler Boiler not supported properly, wood on bracket off the wall No proper pipe support for heating and dome... read more

I hired Todd and his team to replace a hot water heater in my condo and am happy with the result. After some delays in finding the right part, he had his colleague, Sean, come out to finish the job. Overall, they made a good team and got the job done.

I hired Todd and his team to replace a hot water heater in my condo and am very disappointed with the result. Not only have we had issues with the unit since installation, they didn’t finish the job of installing a proper sensor, which would allow our thermostat to communicate to the heater so that our condo can heat properly. After repeated attempts to contact him and his business by phone, email, and text, they have ignored me. I am left to figure out how to fix their mistakes myself and will very likely need to a hire ano... read more

I hired this company to snake out my washing machine drain. Two so called plumbers showed up. They had no idea how to do this job properly. The did not have the tools needed with them. After me showing them where to get a direct access to the pipe and not have to go through the pipe traps the did the best they could with the tool they had. I lent them a garden hose to flush the pipe out with fresh water. They then took the pump chamber apart in my basement to see if that was the problem. It wasn't clogged.
