Edit: it turns out, I uploaded everything except for one final form. That final form was completed 5 minutes before my appointment time. I apparently missed a call sometime this morning informing me of of the one outstanding form and that the appointment would be canceled because of it. Rebecca is a true professional and highly compassionate and "decorated" therapist with experience in treatment in trauma and sex addiction.
I tried to schedule a consultation, but the process was disorganized from the start—multiple confusing email threads and a call at 8pm. The $50 fee for a 20-minute consult felt steep, especially given that my appointment was canceled the day of without any notice and other consults I’ve had with similar specialists in the area were without charge.
