Do not use this appraiser. He recently completed an appraisal on my home and killed the deal. He did so by making several dozen errors and omissions on the appraisal. The first error being the address of my home. How bad is it when the appraiser cannot even get the address of the home being appraised correct? He used comparable sales from almost a year ago.
