Not Happy at all. I was advised to bring my vehicle in when i called them since i noticed a ticking noise in the engine. When I brought it in the service writer noticed the ticking noise. My vehicle sat at the dealer for 3 days and no loaner vehicle to use while it was in there for them to charge me 244 dollars and tell me the ticking noise wasn't loud enough and to bring it back when its louder. In for a little warranty work. Techs are fast but efficient and accurate and the service desk is always a pleasure to work with. Made an appointment and they got me in next morning for a check engine light. Check engine light did not come back onin the am but took it in anyway. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending how you look at it, the tech could not duplicate the light and no code showed. Once again everyone was courteous, fast and efficient.
