I have been to this office multiple times over the years to get routine cleanings and x-rays. I will first say that driving up to the office is a different feeling as the office is huge when thinking about a dentist office. When you walk in they have 2 sides, one for the kids and one for the adults with a play area with video games and computer area for the kids and a computer area for the adults and a flat screen TV in the reception area. Dr. Snider prepped my back molar for repair and then left the work to be completed by his 2 female assistants. The entire time they "worked" on my tooth they discussed how other dentists' they worked for would not allow them to do the dental work. The girls had difficulty with the tooth but never called Dr. Snider or informed him of the difficulty though they discussed MY mouth as if I were only a face with no EARS! The procedure took them 4 hours to complete! By the time I left the office my jaw was killing me. I paid over ... read more
