Ray did a great job selling my house. He had to deal with several unforeseen issues that arose because of the Buyers demands but he handled them all that led to a favorable outcome for me as the Seller. My daughter has used Ray for multiple sales/purchases and my son-in-law’s father is using him in the sale of his home. I highly recommend him for all sales and/or purchases.

I would like to highly recommend Ray as a go to Realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable, and was great in couching me and guiding me in finding me the absolute best house out there in my price range. Getting me the biggest bang for my buck! He is definitely me go to guy for now on.

Ray recently helped us sell a house for a family member and we are more than happy with the overall sale. We are from out of town, and many times we needed help with things where we felt Ray went above and beyond what would normally be expected. Since we are not living in the area, Ray was instrumental in us getting the house sold and for the price we needed. We will definitely use him again!
