I am truly disappointed with Mercedes-Benz’s technical standards and service attitude. My 2021 C300 reported faults indicating all four ignition coils short-circuited and misfiring. I brought the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz for a diagnostic inspection. I was told the diagnostic fee would be $350, which I accepted. A few hours later, I received a call stating that all ignition coils were not genuine Mercedes parts, and this might be the cause.
