Mike is the best. Love working with him. Its always very inviting to go to them for my car's service. Highly recommended. Never pushy.
They are very nice but when they say 2 hours, expect to wait the whole day an don't expect them to look or fix everything the first time. It takes several tries and complaints to get most items fixed that are in the warranty. They will fix it after you argue your point often.
I had a very disappointing experience with Ray Catena Mercedes of Edison. I brought my car in for one issue, but instead of simply fixing the problem, they kept the car for over a week while my family struggled being down one vehicle. Rather than focusing on repairing the actual issue, they spent that time nitpicking and trying to find every little thing that could potentially be wrong with it.
