Customer service, product knowledge, and overall experience was no bueno. In the market for a vehicle, but am not locked on a benz- have a specific budget. Sales rep barely spoke, didn’t know the cars specs compared to the other cars. In terms of communication, horrible. Not one kind offer to get to know what I wanted. I know I’m not buying a $100k car but come on.
