Drove 2 hours to Marlboro only to be insulted by the offer on my trade in. Not professional in any way and would not go back there to buy a car.

I had an appointment today to test drive a jaguar that I was interested in. My scheduled time was 1130 and I showed up at 11:35. I walked in and the sales person,Lou told me that someone took the car for a test drive. If you knew I was having a test drive scheduled, why would you give the car to someone else to drive or at least have the decency to text me. Now it’s 12 and I’m still waiting.
