I made an appointment online via their website to drop my car off at 1pm for routine service, and I marked the box that I did not have a ride. I received a phone call from the service center shortly after submitting the information to discuss me not having a ride. They said that since my car was not purchased from their dealership, I won't be able to secure a loaner. SCAM ALERT!! I purchased floor mats on Aug 12th. A follPlace a call 4 weeks later and was told they were never shipped to the dealership, and once received I would get a call. Today makes 1 month and 3 weeks, and I make a call and was told they are in and we can install for a charge. Wow! LEVEL OF OVERALL SATISFACTION 0 LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE 0
Bad customer relations for Jaguar. Other dealers are better .
Finally got to review and share my experience with Ray Catena Jaguar of Edison. I was looking for F-type as a gift to my wife for March 8th Womens Day. I did my research and shop around comparing price from NY and NJ dealerships. I was impressed by professionalism and experience that Dan from the dealership demonstrate.
