I have been to so many jaguar showrooms and by far this is the worst showroom I have ever seen. I think JLR should revoke their franchise from Ray Catena. I gave my car for bumper replacement and someone stole my rear Jaguar emblem and I asked for camera footage and they told me that their cameras were not working as there was some construction going on. I made an appointment online via their website to drop my car off at 1pm for routine service, and I marked the box that I did not have a ride. I received a phone call from the service center shortly after submitting the information to discuss me not having a ride. They said that since my car was not purchased from their dealership, I won't be able to secure a loaner. SCAM ALERT!! I purchased floor mats on Aug 12th. A follPlace a call 4 weeks later and was told they were never shipped to the dealership, and once received I would get a call. Today makes 1 month and 3 weeks, and I make a call and was told they are in and we can install for a charge. Wow! LEVEL OF OVERALL SATISFACTION 0 LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE 0
