Very nice line up of vehicles, very great service as well
I had a wonderful experience! I purchased my Jaguar used from a Kia dealer. When I brought my Jag in for a possible coolant leak I was informed of the prepaid Jaguar services I receive! Steve Sprayberry, Service Advisor, was fantastic from his detailed explanations, professionalism, knowledge, and promptness of returning calls!!!!!! I even left with a small 'goodie bag' from the dealer. I could not be happier with the service department here in Edison. 😊

I have been to so many jaguar showrooms and by far this is the worst showroom I have ever seen. I think JLR should revoke their franchise from Ray Catena. I gave my car for bumper replacement and someone stole my rear Jaguar emblem and I asked for camera footage and they told me that their cameras were not working as there was some construction going on. I was promised that they will replace a new one and when I went back they replaced it with different model emblem and asked me to buy a new one if I want it to be replaced w... read more
