RecommendedOn the weekend of 4/16/21-4/17/21 I was in town for a wedding when the alternator in my FX45 went out on my way back to my hotel after the reception around midnight. The next morning I got in touch with Infiniti of Lafayette as soon as they opened, and they were able to get an alternator in and replace it before close of business Saturday. Bennett would not honor a corrosion issue with my vehicle. It was rusting under an emblem. They blamed it on the weather. I was planning on purchasing another QX 80 but I will not no. They don’t stand by their warranty. My Qx 80 was still under the corrosion warranty. It is also garage kept and is well kept.
