Ray Case Flooring did an outstanding job repairing and refinishing our hardwood floors. Dave worked efficiently and skillfully, keeping us informed every step of the way with courtesy and professionalism. Ian expertly coordinated the project, promptly answering our questions—and even stopped by on a weekend to ensure our appliances were reinstalled correctly. The entire team is knowledgeable, takes pride in their craft, and delivers top-quality results. I highly recommend Ray Case Flooring for any hardwood floor repair or in... read more
Mark and Habyenoon were great. They worked hard and two long days sanding & prepping our floors to be refinished and then another two days applying four coats of sealant. Our wood floors look beautiful & brand new. The men were professional, friendly & nice and always on time and Mark explained the whole refinishing process and advised us on the different options for sealants for the floors. Thank you Ray Case Flooring for a good estimated price and excellent finished job.
Willing to kill or die for your floors. Drives like a maniac.
Terrible Customer Service!!! Called to report a driver and was told there was nothing she can do didn't even listen to what happened no apologies or anything just rude 0/10 don't recommend.
