Initially quite responsive to my issue with a system they installed less than a year earlier. After a few visits, they ghosted me and stopped responding. After over a 6 weeks of no contact, the manufacture Carrier recommend I contact another service provider to fix the system Lapp installed. Local company Rush services discovered the system installed by Lapp was overcharged by more than 5 pounds of refrigerant.
My elderly mother came home to no heat with her mini splits at her condo in Oakland Sept of this year. She called Aaron & Rob at Lapp/Highland to help. They diagnosed her system and found chewed wires on the outdoor unit. They could not order her the part in a timely manner and gave her quite the run around. They performed substandard work and it was difficult to get them to correct the items I recognized as wrong as a layperson.
