Ray Bullins Construction is highly recommended. I would not trust anyone besides them to do any of my home project I’m unable to do.
In July 2023, we decided to build a home, we contacted Ray Bullins construction company, who helped us find land and design a home that would fit our needs. Ray Bullins Construction built a custom home that was just as I had imagined, allowing me to return to the land where I was raised. The design outcomes are remarkable. Ray was able to take my thoughts and convey them to the architect. It took us a little over 14 months in total, from our first site visit during May 2022 to moving into our new house. Ray and his team did a great high-quality job building our custom home in Browns Summit. He paid attention to details and made sure everything was done right. He also offered appropriate suggestions as the work proceeded and he noticed issues with the custom nature of the home. We are very pleased with the final product and recommend this company without hesitation.
Getting ready to shell out another 6-8 thousand dollars in repairs to our 6.5 years old Ray Bullins quality custom built home. Overall, this will take us over 30,000 dollars to fix issues due to poor construction, poor quality products, inept contractors, and a complete lack of oversight during construction. This latest issue could have been a non-issue if Ray Bullins had registered our HVAC units, or instructed us in what we needed to do in order to give us 5 more years of warranty.
