My girlfriend took her car in here and had the transmission replaced. Upon getting her car back, she drove to my house and parked. When we backed up, we noticed that the plastic engine splash guard under the vehicle was hanging down. Not having the proper tools, and noting that several of the areas where the clips go through were split, our only option was to cut the guard off where it was hanging down. I came in just to get a battery for my key fob,as a message had appeared that it was low. After it was installed the message was still there. A nice young man in the service department quickly figured out that it was the second key fob in my purse! And we were not charged anything!!
