We came to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl and on our way out of town we got 2 flat tires. I am grateful that I was able to bring my car here and that they had the tires in stock BUT I was told when I dropped the car off around 11:15am that it would be about 2 hours. At 12:45pm I received a message asking to approve the recommended repairs which included more than just the 2 flat tires.
