We were out of towners and our car broke down and we were on our way to California so we had it towed to Rays and they looked at it and was able to fix it in a couple of hours(and it was on a Sunday where other places were closed or closed early)and we were on our way! We were in a stressful and sad situation but they made sure they took care of us!

I drove to Vegas from out of state, and at about an hour away, I felt something wrong with the transmission since the gears were shifting, and the truck started to pull. I pulled over to check and saw lots of transmission fluid under the truck. Drove to Vegas like that went to Ford dealer, and they didn't have an appointment for about 3 weeks just to diagnose the issue. Long story short while I was at Ford dealership.
