I brought my 4runner to Ray’s shop and my experience was nothing short of amazing. They were able to get me in on a Sunday and had the truck ready before the end of the day. The let me know the list of things that needed to be done in order of importance for safety. At no point did I ever feel they were disingenuous or trying to get me to fix things that didn’t need to be done. They were truly so great to work with and I will be bringing all my cars here for any work that needs to be done. Thank you Ray, Vlad & team!
Went in expecting to have my Fiat worked on (because the dealership suggested it a while back). I received a quote over the phone for the parts and labor but was advised that could change after an initial inspection. I brought the car in and the mechanic took a look at the service interval in the car’s manual. He noticed the 50k and 60k service were mostly checks on the various systems. Great service and reasonable pricing! The Idemitsu engine oil they use is of very good quality and not a common one to find elsewhere.
Had a hard shifting transmission and Ray managed to fix it on the spot. The price of the flush was very reasonable. Thank You!
