I have really loved living at ray for the last year and a half. The building is so nice, and there are a lot of amenities that are really great. They're super dog friendly, which is great for me! Brita has been super helpful every time I've needed to reach out, and service requests are always fixed in a timely manner! Ray really is a great place to live!

Location, amenities, quality and staff make this a great building to live in. The area is a bit quieter but has easy walks to local pubs, breweries, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is super convenient for commuters of all kinds since HWY 94 is less than 1/2 a mile away and the light rail is only a block down the street. Building is kept clean, the management is friendly, and maintenance is extremely responsive. Very easy living - would recommend.
Big fan of living here. Very clean and simple, plus reasonable rates. Convenient location for accessing all areas of the metro by freeway.
The amenities and location of this building are perfect! I love the common spaces such as the community room and our amazing rooftop. I've had a couple of minor apartment issues in my several months in the building. Management and Maintenance have been outstanding in their response time and their communication of when things will be done. I love my home so much that I have a friend moving in this summer after hearing my recommendation. I highly recommend folks check this community out!
My boyfriend and I have lived here for the past 9 months and have really enjoyed a lot about the Ray. The workout room is super convenient and the rooftop is great for hanging out and grilling. Having the light rail so close makes it really easy to go to school/work and go downtown or to St. Paul. Brita has always been easy to reach and very helpful with any issues we've had.
Brita was my main point of contact throughout the leasing process. She was accommodating and always communicated effectively and promptly. I love the building and all the pet-friendly features RAY has. The building is very well kept, clean, and looks gorgeous. The apartment has Nest thermostat and other nice convenient fixtures. I look forward to the start of my lease.
