Any time we have needed work done on our Audis we have brought them to raw speed. They have put up and dealt with our warranty company and kept us in the loop the entire time. Will continue to use them for all future work as well.
This shop has been my go-to since I got my Porsche Panamera, and I plan to keep using their services. I love their transparency and the high-quality work they provide. So far, I’ve done a few maintenance jobs with them, and they also installed a performance exhaust to make the driving experience even more fun!
Had to get my car towed here due to the DME getting wet. Scott was able to take the DME apart, dry it out and clean all the connections. Saved me a lot of money. I got a call within 24 hours that the car was ready to be picked up. He also made some recommendations on some things that need to be addressed in the near future and showed me exactly what the problems were. 10/10 recommend this place and will be coming back with anything I need done.
Brought in a newly purchased 2011 BMW 335i. Was able to give me an accurate quote, let me know by phone what is important to do now, what can wait, and what the quote includes. I did get extensive work done, they were more than reasonable with labor hours spent, cost for parts, and calling if issues arise that were unforeseen. I live an hour away, but I will be using them for ALL service work on my vehicles! They are well worth the time to drive that far. Very satisfied, very safe location, and very knowledgeable!
