My family rented a property from Amy Rawson in Pinehurst and the experience has been horrible. Her unit is dirty, food was left in the refrigerator, frozen grease in the freezer, ants, spider webs and dusty. She advertised the unit to have four beds when in fact it has two. She has been unreasonable and I would be cautious to do business with her.
