I loved this vet in the past, but they have become uncaring, and only after money. We told them that our dog had trouble coming out of anesthesia when we dropped him off. When I arrived the bill was double what it had been for the same procedure a year ago, They stated part of it was because they used a heavier anesthesia. I was horrified, They obviously did not listen to what we told them. I tried to ask questions, but the staff was unprofessional, all gathering around to listen, but offering no real answers. my friends cat Orange Boy was brought to this place. i told him to take Orange boy to All Creatures..but he want to this place. He paid for blood work for Orange Boy he called the next day to get the results...you people wanted more money to get his results....Are you kidding me...i never heard of such a thing. i even called my vet and asked them...How ridiculous...you pay for services and dont get the results...you should be ashamed...i will never recommend you service to anyone. i will tell them DO NOT GO TO RAWLS VET....a... read more

RecommendedIn Daytona on vacation brought the pups and they got excited playing w a toy w their daddy and needless to say the wiener bit the Boston in his eye! We looked for an SPCA to get a referral to the best vet around couldn’t find one called the humane society and they recommended Rawls.... I’m not gonna lie I was crying my eyes out because it looked worse than what it was! We were seen promptly he was given an injection and we were sent to the motel w medications! He goes for his recheck in the morning! I could not give them eno... read more

I was referred to Rawls when my regular vet told me they couldn’t see my dog until the following Tuesday (this was on a Thursday)! I explained he had open sores and had a severe rash all over and was clearly in severe distress. I called Rawls and they got me in right away. I won’t go anywhere else now! My dog loves them. The are fantastic with him. He is very skittish and they are so good with him. Can you believe my old vet had the nerve to call me the next day to “check” on my dog?! See ya
