Where to start, they don’t answer the phone at all, texting you may or may not get a response. The clown crew they have working there have a huge lack of knowledge. It started when they installed a unit to small for the building and wouldn’t take responsibility for it and came out 5 now and still can’t fix issues because the issue is 1.5 ton units are meant for a single apartment not a two story house but they won’t take responsibility and change it. I debated whether to leave a review but the more I thought about it, I decided that it might help keep someone else safe. Rawlins installed our HVAC system into our new home 2 1/2 years ago. Immediately we noticed the AC unit looked damaged and was verified by another company. But since it worked we chose to just let it go. I would give this company a negative star if I could! I’m not one to normally get on here and give reviews but this company is a joke! Sure, if you’re requesting a new unit because yours is old and way out of warranty and have to spend thousands of dollars, they may respond to you! DO NOT expect them to respond to you if it is a warranty call on a new unit they installed! I have been trying to get them to come and fix my outdoor HVAC unit for over a year! Rawlins Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by a friend who had him install his AC. He was quick to respond when contacted and came out the next day to look at my AC. My unit was 20+ years old so I made the decision to replace it. He came out the next week with a couple guys and was able to get it done in a few hours. I appreciate his timeliness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
Came 3 times never fixed my heat unit Ran for 9 days in Emergency heat as he instructed but it’s didn’t work either Said he fixed it but still didn’t work he didn’t like it when you get upset with him and he hangs up on you. I would not recommend this company and I would stay away from them
