Grady has repaired dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ice makers and even my Sub Zero off and on for over 10 years. Prompt, professional service! I trust this company and highly recommend.
A service man from Rawlins came out to fix what I thought was a broken dishwasher. He was very kind and explained a few things I was doing wrong (using the wrong detergent for one) and unstuck the top water sprayer. Rawlings was suggested with high ratings from four people out of 15 I asked for recommendations. They were they only ones who responded and said they'd had great service from them.
Avoid at all cost. I hired Rawlins to fix my dishwasher the end of October. Three months have passed and they have failed to repair my dishwasher. Now they won't return my phone calls. If you value your time and your money find someone else to fix your appliances.
Avoid this appliance repair shop. The repair tech damaged the wiring harness and main control on our washer, and never returned. Repeated calls to Rawlins went unanswered, when they do answer you get told their tech did not do the damage.
