As sellers, we were very disappointed with this agent. After the contract was signed, we never heard a word from the selling agent including up to the closing date. No buyers/sellers HUD statement, nothing! We had to delay the closing appointment because there was no communication at all - WE HAD TO REACH OUT TO THE AGENTS, because we had not heard from them. Unprofessional.
