Two words "Lip service". They didn't come through with there promises. Poor business ethics. Left a mess to move into. Poor understanding of their own contacts, hired my own attorney due to this. I would not recommend to anyone based on our experience with Richmond.
They are very friendly and helpful, but after you sign the documents they forget about their clients. We haven't had communication for 3 months with our sales person. We chose Richmond because my in-laws went through them, and they had an amazing experience thanks to their salesman Don Sparks. We are disappointed with our experience though. We will never refer someone to Richmond unless Don Sparks is the one in charge.
