Over the years, previous owners had completed poor patch jobs, covered it in paint, self-leveling cement, and epoxy. We bought a house with wood floors throughout that were in desperate need of sanding and refinishing. Dave was great with communication and explaining everything that needed to be done and his employees were punctual, courteous and did a fantastic job.
