Does great work and Mr. Rawlings is very kind and easy to work with.
5 years after Rawlings installed oak hardwood flooring in the expanded kitchen to match the rest of the 70 year old existing floors then refinishing the entire house and my floors are still beautiful. Besides master workmanship they still use oil based poly coat instead of that awful looking water based (besides being cheaper to buy and quicker to dry therefore less overall expense to the vendor ) stuff. This is the 3rd job over the last 20 years for me by Rawlings. They are the only folks I would use.

Stop scrolling, stop looking- these are the people to hire for your hardwood floors. Our 133 year old hardwood floors were in terrible shape. Over the years, previous owners had completed poor patch jobs, covered it in paint, self-leveling cement, and epoxy. We bought a house with wood floors throughout that were in desperate need of sanding and refinishing. Dave was great with communication and explaining everything that needed to be done and his employees were punctual, courteous and did a fantastic job.
