Property manager is nice, but they say someone will come out and fix something like the plumbing and never fully fix it. Doors to the outside do not fit the door frames and are cut weird so air and dirt come in making heating costs high and floors dirty (was told to put a towel under my door), plumbing has been backed up for years. Other units have unworking ovens and waste and plumbing issues causing back ups into apartments I was told by tenants.
