This is turning into a nightmare. Before I had even decided to have a new heating system installed, I met with a Manager named RJ who assured me everything would go smooth and I would be impressed. I am far from impressed. It has been almost a month and it still is not passing inspection. The inspector was here at 8 am this morning for the 2nd time and the electrician still has not showed up. Kristina came out to diagnose our HVAC system and did an excellent job. She was very thorough in her diagnostic, and to the point. Kristina is one of the best service techs we've worked with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The electricians installed an outlet for me in a shop. Because they were concerned that one outlet wouldn't pop a gfci, they got an expert on the phone and resolved it. Great company to work with.
