Extremely Disappointed with These Builders. Sharing my experience so you can form your own judgment regarding their work on a brand-new townhouse: 1. Roof Leak: Persistent roof leak for over a year. Despite three repair attempts, the issue remains unresolved. The SES placed a tarp, which stopped the leak, but after the builder's inspection, the problem escalated, resulting in a flooded garage. 2.
