5/25 update: I wrote my initial review after multiple instances of waiting 3+ days for Shaindel’s reply. When I saw she replied to my review, I emailed her with the hope to delete or update the rating on this review. However, her reply was rude, and I’m frankly astonished that she would make assumptions about me to the point of being mean. We came back for newborn photos after our maternity session and are thrilled with the end result. Shaindel (the baby whisperer) was incredible with our newborn. She was able to capture the sweetest facial expressions that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend!
