The environment was nice and my stylist was nice. I asked for shoulder length hair and they cut it to my chin which made me feel sad about my appearance. I had also noticed that as I left the shop my cartilage jewelry was missing and the piercing was bleeding from my hair being brushed a little aggressively.
When I first walked in, I was incredibly nervous, as it was my first time at a new salon, and while the reviews were excellent, I had little to no idea what I was walking into. Candice and the person working the desk (was not able to catch her name) were incredible, and eased my nerves. They offered me a drink when I first got in, and provided excellent customer service. A wonderful salon full of friendly and knowledgable people. Its a very welcoming and cozy place. Rachel is a gem and really made me feel at home and taken care of!
I had my hair cut by Heather. She did an amazing job! She was incredibly kind and helpful. I could not be happier with my experience and I will certainly return.
