Failed to deliver flowers on promised date. Has not returned multiple phone calls about a refund. Apparently they were closed on the days that they said the flowers were to be delivered, but there was no indication of that on their site. These flowers were for the 50th birthday of a dear friend, and so I chose an expensive arrangement. I am giving 1 star because -3 is not available. They are a scam.

Great arrangement and very responsive when I requested a delivery date change. Would definitely order again!

Beware. Delivery ⅓ of what was ordered (six orchids ordered and paid for, only two orchids delivered). They do not answer the phone, and do not return calls. They do not reply to multiple emails to their posted customer service email address. I should have known, because the only phone number is in Las Vegas, and I ordered from their Indio, CA location. Pick another florist.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a beautiful succulent arrangement in a cool concrete bowl from their website. What was delivered was live plants, in a cheap plastics box, with no succulents. I have emailed and called them multiple times and no one is answering my calls. Beware, their substitutions do not align with what you order. I am very disappointed.
