I went to my first class at 5AM today. It was great!!! Coach Brian was positive, energetic, and motivating. Great atmosphere!!!!The facility is nice, clean, and well maintained. The best part is there are showers to use, which saved me from going back home before heading to work.
In 6 weeks I have seen and felt the change I only hear about. I enjoy the energy, the challenge and all the diversity in people and workouts! Top Notch!!! 10/10
Raw fitness is a legit place to workout. I have tried many competitors here in town that do the high intensity training but they don’t have enthusiasm when they are teaching and the classes feels like they drag on.
