My son and I were thrilled to find a vegan cafe so close to where we were staying in PA this weekend. We ate there twice in two days. The food is fresh, clean, colorful, delicious, and prepared lovingly and thoughtfully. If we lived closer, our family would eat in or take out a couple times a week. We highly recommend them. My mom turned me down to my suggestion to go to Elevation Burger (thankfully!) while in the area. Low and behind this little gem was right down the road from where we were. Guacamole was so fresh and yummy. I really enjoyed the zucchini noodles with alfredo sauce as there's not too many places near us in the Lehigh Valley that do a raw menu. I stopped in for a light snack and a little reading to regroup after seeing a new client in the area. I was headed to Whole Foods for a bite to eat but then I found this beautiful gem of a place. The owner was sweet and accommodating and the vibe was very relaxed, happy, and open. I had hummus and guacamole with homemade tortilla chips and cucumbers. Awesome place! I had the collard wrap and a peanut butter cup shake for dessert and it was absolutely delicious! Wish they had a location in Delaware.
