A superb caterer and team! Creative custom first rate menus for 8-100+ people. We have hosted both big and small parties with Raw by Nature Oyster Co. and every one was amazing! We loved it and so did our guests. From the first call to book the event until the event itself, we were always in good hands.

While normally available, oyster quality in Muskoka has always been lacking. Enter Michael Dixon and Raw by Nature Oyster Co. As a private chef it is imperative to have access to the best products at all times.
