In May, I attened the Longleaf Writers Conference and was thrilled to discover Raw and Juicy during my week-long stay in Grayton Beach. I so appreciated the healthy delicious food and friendly attentive service.

Raw and Juicy is amazing! Healthy, natural foods, super fresh juices, just what you need for a detox after a few days of fried foods at the beach. Super nice people - Jennifer is the best - and both locations are great. They also do the food at Hibiscus guesthouse. May, 2026 Grayton location update: R&J continues to deliver excellent quality and healthy options. Our writers were eating burritos there daily, and you can't beat the fresh juices. We ate breakfast there every day.

A magically beautiful setting with good food. But prepare to be ignored by a thoroughly aloof staff. I went twice before leaving this review. Was treated the same both times. We were ignored at the counter while the crew chatted and played around, and had to ask BOTH times (one month apart) for someone to take our order. NO information given. The barest of communication. We seemed like a bother, and we are very nice folks! Go figure.

I ordered the burrito and added chicken. It was just ok. Nothing special. Though it was an ample size burrito. But for the price, $23 + tip, it came with no sauce, no chips, no side. Plus the chicken was somewhat dry. The young lady at the register just looked at me when I asked her a question about the menu.

Slow service & limited seating. Worst was that they delivered the wrong food to me and left the table before I realized. I returned it to the front and watched them deliver it to a different table without them knowing it had already sat on another table with the staff not knowing what was done to it before serving it again.
