The waiting time was unexpectedly long — about an hour before I was seen. The doctor was friendly and attentive. However, the treatment wasn’t what I expected. I’ve had the same treatment done elsewhere and saw noticeable results, which I did not experience this time.
I had an awful experience with a doctor Nagi. She was condescending ,no bedside manners present. Her demeanor was very poor. she was very judgmental and seemed like she knew everything without even asking me any questions. She had a really bad attitude.
I am grateful for Dr. Nagi’s office, her staff, & Lily. The office is very helpful with questions & scheduling. The nursing staff is encouraging & kind. Lily, whom I have seen for at least 2 years, cares, listens to understand, & provides me with reasonable options. I am grateful for this team!
Dr. Nagi is incredibly intelligent and helpful , always seen the patient as one and always giving wonderful insights about health . Me and my family are coming to this clinic for a while and we love her and her staff .
My experience consulting Dr. Nagi for weight loss was extremely disappointing. Despite visiting three times and paying for consultations, I have yet to receive the weight loss shots promised. After the initial consultation, I was unexpectedly transferred to Lily without being informed. Trying to communicate with Lily proved fruitless as she was unreachable by phone, forcing me to schedule costly personal or video consultations.
