The pulse electromagnetic frequency (PEMF) has absolutely changed my life. Last year I was in chronic pain that wasn’t improving with physical therapy and doctors kept telling me everything “looked normal”. I mentioned that my neck and hips needed extra attention, and she did an amazing job while still providing a full-body massage. The session included little of hot stone spa , warm towels, massage oils, and a heated massage table, which made the experience incredibly relaxing. I found this place on groupon and SOO glad I did! The staff was friendly and personable. Celeste gave me the BEST massage I've ever had in my life and I don't say that lightly. I already booked my next appointment!
I came for infrared sauna and stayed for the massage chairs! they offer a little bit of everything here - red light therapy, cryotherapy, PEMF, Oxygen bar, massages, IV’s, injections & even Exomind. A great spot for self care, wellness & relaxation. Brooke & Vanessa were both sweet and helpful explaining their offerings & my questions. Will be back!
