I came for infrared sauna and stayed for the massage chairs! they offer a little bit of everything here - red light therapy, cryotherapy, PEMF, Oxygen bar, massages, IV’s, injections & even Exomind. A great spot for self care, wellness & relaxation. Brooke & Vanessa were both sweet and helpful explaining their offerings & my questions. Will be back!
